Care Home Leadership Position Available

About the Position:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team in North West London. Our residential care home provides exceptional care for the frail elderly and those living with dementia, focusing on their health and well-being.
Package:
The successful candidate will receive up to £42,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
- Manage staff and ensure high-quality care is provided.
- Protect service users from harm and manage risks efficiently.
- Oversee medication processes and ensure accurate records.
- Promote social activities and community involvement.
- Keep care plans updated and responsive to changing needs.
- Lead service user and staff meetings to drive service improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed.
- Proven track record as a registered manager or similar senior role.
- Experience in elderly and dementia care.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
