About the RoleThe East Neurodevelopmental service covers both Wrexham and Flintshire, North Wales. The team is multidisciplinary and offers Neurodevelopmental assessment services to children and adolescents. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the team in partnership with clinical and admin leads and the service manager.
Main Duties- Lead a multidisciplinary team providing Neurodevelopmental assessment services to children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with clinical and admin leads to ensure effective team management.
- Build positive partnerships with stakeholders to achieve service objectives.
A background of working within children's services and a knowledge of regional and national Neurodevelopmental assessment pathways would be advantageous. However, we are also keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills in managing performance, quality, and safety.
