About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Structural Engineer to join our UK Healthcare Team at Ramboll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Structural Engineers, raising the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team, and developing and overseeing structural concepts and design philosophies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Structural Engineers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team
  • Oversee the development and implementation of structural concepts and design philosophies
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their needs
  • Support business development strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Structural Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering and project management. You will have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and be registered with a relevant professional body. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
