About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to join our UK Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Structural Engineers, raising the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team, and developing and overseeing structural concepts and design philosophies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Structural Engineers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team
  • Oversee the development and implementation of structural concepts and design philosophies
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their needs
  • Support the growth and development of the UK Healthcare Team
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
About You

We are looking for an experienced Associate Structural Engineer with a strong background in the UK Healthcare sector. You will have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and be a member of a relevant professional institution. You will also have excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

You will be a strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in plain language, verbally and in writing. You will also be able to motivate and inspire confidence both internally and externally across geographical borders.
