Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a highly skilled Resident Site Manager to join our team at Sizewell B in Leiston, Suffolk. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing on-site leadership and ensuring the safe and successful delivery of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in field service, outage, and/or on-site utility experience. They will also possess excellent customer-facing skills and be able to build strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities will include implementing Westinghouse "Codes of Business Ethics & Conduct", providing on-site customer support, and serving as the Westinghouse presence at customer sites. The Resident Site Manager will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, communicating with the sales and product teams, and growing the sales pipeline.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, significant customer-facing experience, and broad-based technical knowledge of plant operations. Experience in complex contract management, customer negotiations, and supplier delivery is also highly desirable.
