Job Overview: Pharmacy Team Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, delivering high-quality patient care, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy team.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of healthcare professionals, dispensing medications, and conducting contractual and enhanced services. You will also report directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the successful delivery of KPIs and contribute to the development of the pharmacy team.
