Job Description

This Pharmacist Specialist role involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. You will need to be able to provide both NHS and private services, have excellent communication skills, and be empathetic.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
• Able to provide excellent customer and patient care
• Driven and ambitious to ensure the pharmacy meets business targets
• Proven leadership skills in a pharmacy environment

Others

You will report directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the successful delivery of agreed key performance indicators (KRAs), helping achieve deliverable metrics by reviewing performance and engaging with colleagues to deliver continuous improvement to the services provided.
