Order Management Administrator

As a Customer Order Management Administrator, you'll be supporting the Customer Order Management team with non-customer facing administrative and support tasks. We're looking for someone to join our team in Peterborough, working on a 12-month contract basis.
This role is hybrid, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders within the order management system, accurately and within the required deadline.
- Supporting the order management team with non-customer facing tasks by processing data and collating information in relation to all phases of the order life cycle.
- Manually allocating parts to customer orders within the order management system.
You'll work closely with the team, using Excel, Salesforce, Movex, Goms, and Webparts to manage customer orders efficiently. Strong Excel skills are essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £16 per hour, paid through an umbrella company. This allows for tax-free benefits, making it an attractive option for freelancers or contractors.
