Customer Service Representative

Excelitas Technologies is a leading global supplier of opto-electronics and photonic products, seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Customer Services team as a Customer Service Representative.

The successful applicant will be part of a small team, working to drive customer needs and enquiries to ensure on-time delivery performance is managed to a high standard by collaborating with multiple teams within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:


• Providing back office support for the Customer Services team

• Daily contact with the team to support in day-to-day needs

• Preparation of quotes in the ERP system based on customer requirements

• Accurate and timely order processing in the ERP system

• Assisting the shipping department on deliveries

• Sorting incoming orders and forwarding to responsible team members

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration work
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Process-oriented operations
  • Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset
  • Desirable experience in manufacturing and experience working with SAP
