Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering information from partner agencies to complete MASH enquiries under the direction of a manager. You will make recommendations on the needs of children and their families, agreeing the most appropriate intervention to meet those identified needs. Our modern offices at the Bluebell Centre, Chelmsley Wood, offer a flexible working environment and opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidate will hold a qualification in social work, be registered with Social Work England, and have a sound knowledge of current national and regional social work policies and practices. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to the demands of the job.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a local government pension with 6.8% employer contribution, 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 5 years of service, and additional benefits including the opportunity to buy up to 10 days of extra leave per year.
