Job Title: Clinical Lead for CAMHS Inpatient Care

About the Role:

Livewell Southwest is seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team as a Modern Matron for the CAMHS Inpatient Care service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our CAMHS inpatient care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the CAMHS inpatient care team
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Lead service development and improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration as a nurse
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a CAMHS setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in CAMHS
