We're scaling up our business and expanding our team to drive rapid growth. As a Marketing Manager (Motability), you'll play a critical role in managing our Motability client account and developing marketing initiatives to deepen our client relationship.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You'll develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver on the client's requirements, address their business priorities, and promote smart charging solutions to grow their EV fleet.
  • You'll become an expert in smart EV charging, communicating the sustainability and financial benefits of energy flexibility to our client and their community.
  • You'll collaborate with internal and external teams to develop marketing collateral, inform content creation, and testing, as well as provide actionable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • You'll own a marketing project from start to finish, ensuring Ohme Ev is the partner of choice for our client.
  • You'll understand how our services, communications, marketing activities, and platforms can enhance the client's engagement with their EV drivers.
  • You'll prepare and present on the performance of marketing activities, focusing on actionable insights that you'll then translate into new workstreams with ROI.
  • You'll work closely with the wider Digital Marketing Team to provide digital-first marketing solutions.
