Job Title: Localization Project Coordinator

**About the Role:**
Handle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Localization Project Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our localisation team, you will play a vital role in managing projects for various channels, including digital, social, TV, and print. Your primary duties will include:

* Project Oversight: overseeing daily operations of assigned projects, tracking production progress, managing approvals, and ensuring final deliveries.
* Client Communication: acting as the primary point of contact for client communication on a day-to-day basis.
* Brief Analysis: receiving and analysing briefs from Account Managers and Account Directors.
* Media Plan Review: reviewing and interpreting media plans accompanying the briefs.
* Resource Planning: allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements.
* Team Briefing: coordinating with the Transcreation and Studio teams to align on project deliverables.
* Project Tracking: monitoring time management and managing scope changes.
* Timesheet Management: keeping personal timesheets consistently updated.

**Key Requirements:**
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with Monday.com is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Demonstrable experience of working on localisation projects.

**Work Arrangements:**
This role is based in central London, candidates will be required to work 3 days on-site in the office and 2 days wfh.

**What We Offer:**
