About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team at Woods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Requirements
  • Estate agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
