Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Woods, part of the Connells Group, the UK's largest estate agency network.

About the Role:

  • Generate and book valuations, with occasional market appraisals/valuations to instruct properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to maximise branch income and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Estate agency experience, including Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
