About the Role

Evelyn Partners is seeking a Senior Marketing Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing activities are compliant with relevant regulations and industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret regulations, including those set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
  • Review marketing materials and campaigns to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to the marketing team on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to address regulatory issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments of marketing activities to identify potential compliance gaps.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing financial services marketing in the UK.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
