Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to drive service excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Prepare and cook food to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use kitchen software.
  • Experience in menu planning and production.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills.
