We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Chef at Sodexo in RAF Odiham. As a Chef, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the running of the service, preparation, and other duties of the busy working kitchen.
- Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
- Collaborate with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations.
- Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard.
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic IT skills.
- Experience in menu production and confident input.
- Exposure to bulk cooking.
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills.

- Any 5 days out of 7.
- Early shift 05:00.
- Late shift 10:30-18:30.
- £13.97 per hour.
