We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Chef at Sodexo in RAF Odiham. As a Chef, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day.

• Assist in the running of the service, preparation, and other duties of the busy working kitchen.
• Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations.
• Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard.

• NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Basic IT skills.
• Experience in menu production and confident input.
• Exposure to bulk cooking.
• The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills.

• 37.5 hours per week.
• Any 5 days out of 7.
• Early shift 05:00.
• Late shift 10:30-18:30.
• £13.97 per hour.
