Residential Support Team Member

Your role will involve working closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each young person. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents, including attending appointments, facilitating education, and engaging in activities that promote growth and development.
A key aspect of this role is building positive relationships with our young people, recognizing their individual needs, and advocating on their behalf. You will work collaboratively with other professionals, such as social workers, police, and mental health services, to ensure comprehensive support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 24/7 care and support to young people in a residential setting.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing daily paperwork to a high standard.
- Collaborating with social workers, police, mental health services, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
* A full UK driving licence
* NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)

* Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum (based on 40 hours/week), with potential increase to £30,000 after qualification
