Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Quad Recruitment LTD. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the Pharmacy in the right direction, offering support to the team, and ensuring the operation of the Pharmacy runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Pharmacy team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Pharmacy operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2 years of management experience in a Pharmacy setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
