Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team of pharmacists and technicians in a forward-thinking pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the pharmacy in the right direction, providing support to the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Manage pharmacy inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in a leadership role in a pharmacy setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
