- Assist with adapting learning materials to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
- Foster a culture of empathy and understanding, encouraging students to overcome challenges and develop resilience.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to student support.
- Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH students is highly desirable, but not essential.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students overcome challenges.
