About the Role

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a dedicated Attendance and Intervention Officer to join their Student Support team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring student success by providing support with attendance, progression, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for education. They will be responsible for developing methods for evaluating student performance, monitoring student progression, and organizing activities to improve attendance patterns.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students. The salary for this role is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, which reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving student attendance and engagement
  • Monitor and assess student progression and retention rates
  • Organize events and workshops to support student progress
  • Provide guidance and support to students on course selection and academic progression

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competency in Excel and other Google Suite tools
