We are seeking a highly motivated Care Partner to join our team at Leading Lives. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals to develop and maintain their independence
- Act as a strong advocate for the people we support and their families
- Provide intimate personal care with dignity and respect
- Foster effective communication and build strong relationships
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with individual needs
