About the Role

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and ensuring that our IT systems align with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Analysis
    • Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new systems, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement solutions to enhance business processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Management
    • Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
    • Communicate business analysis outputs to stakeholders and support stakeholder management strategy during active projects.
  • Requirements Engineering
    • Facilitate workshops to understand, document, and support design of business requirements.
    • Develop Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Implementation Plans.
  • Service Desk Incident Triage
    • Analyze and resolve incident tickets raised through the Service Desk using BA techniques.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder analysis and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in locations across the UK and Continental Europe.
