**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Leasehold Services team. As a Housing Services Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that leaseholders in our council housing stock are properly consulted, briefed, and involved in investment and improvement plans for their area and financial contributions under their leases.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Consult and engage with leaseholders on plans and proposals for regeneration and renewal schemes
  • Administer and facilitate all aspects of leasehold services, including leasehold consultation for major works and repairs
  • Issue invoices and estimates for service charges and works, in line with leasehold legislation
  • Provide advice to leaseholders, staff, and external agencies on leasehold matters
  • Assist in the day-to-day needs of leaseholders via telephone communication, emails, and visits, if necessary

**Requirements**

  • Experience and knowledge of leasehold services would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
