About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Mariposa Care Group. As a Senior Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the care team, promoting a culture of learning and development.

Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or working towards it.
