About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Mariposa Care Group. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, providing support and guidance to our care team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Support and supervise junior care staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A good standard of English and numeracy skills.
  • A passion for looking after adults in care.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or working towards it.
