We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employment and Supported Internship Co-ordinator.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a charity that delivers supported internships across Salford, Stockport, Manchester Central, and Trafford. You will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Employment Coaches, Employment Coaches, and Job Coaches, ensuring the successful placement of young people in employment.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing contractual dashboard numbers across teams and leading steering meetings to drive programme success
- Embedding a robust quality assurance process to ensure the highest standards of support and placement
- Collaborating with the Access to Work Manager to maximize support and funding for young people
- Leading a team of coaches to deliver high-quality employment support and placement services
To be successful in this role, you will need to have held a senior role within the employability or skills sector. This may include experience as a Head of Employability, Employment Support Manager, Head of Apprenticeships, Quality Assurance Manager, or Apprenticeship Delivery Manager.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about making a difference in young people's lives. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
