We are looking for a Customer Order Management Analyst student to join our Supply Chain team in the Customer Services business unit in Sandwich, Kent. During your placement, you will gain the tools and exposure you need to become an expert in the industry. You will learn how a major global organization operates and make an impact through meaningful work within our inclusive workforce.

This role is perfect for students who qualify for a placement year and are looking for a challenging opportunity to develop their skills. You will work under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager and be involved in all aspects of New Customer creations. You will prepare detailed Customer/Distributor Measures and collate data attributed to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand customer orders and requisitions.
  • Collating received orders in a timely manner and supporting with the distribution of completed orders.
  • Researching various attributes of the customer order life cycle using Oracle/Excel and liaising with global plants.
Requirements
  • We are looking for students studying towards a bachelor's degree from across all business/business analyses or other related subjects.
  • Computer literacy - proficient knowledge of Windows, in particular Microsoft and ability to learn new software packages.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), time management and prioritisation skills, proactive attitude.
