As part of our commitment to excellence, we're seeking a forward-thinking Learning and Development Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive our strategic growth through tailored learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead and align learning initiatives with Thalia's long-term business and HR strategies.
  • Deliver insights and strategic direction on workforce development to the leadership team.
  • Utilise data analytics to identify skills gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
  • Lead the management of our comprehensive mandatory training programmes, ensuring compliance and effective training outcomes.
  • Develop and manage leadership development programmes in collaboration with the Talent lead, focusing on high potential employees and succession planning.
  • Maximise funding opportunities like the apprenticeship levy to support comprehensive people development.
  • Manage relationships with external training partners to ensure delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
