Halton Project Worker for Boys and Young Men

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Project Worker to join our team in Halton, supporting boys and young men who have been affected by domestic violence. As a key member of our team, you will deliver therapeutic interventions and provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver one-to-one and group sessions to support boys and young men who have witnessed domestic violence and abuse.
- Build relationships with professionals across organizations and service providers to enhance the emotional, mental health, and wellbeing offer.
- Support clients in managing their mental health and increasing personal resilience.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a comprehensive and effective service.
- Substantial experience in working with children and young people at risk from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience of advice and advocacy work with vulnerable people.
- Prior experience of working with children and young people presenting with emotional, behavioural, and/or mental health difficulties.
- Experience of supporting people who are dealing with complex and sensitive issues.
- Prior experience of supporting children and young people who have been victims of domestic violence and abuse.
