Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator to join our Technical Operations team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT administration, system maintenance, and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class IT administration, system maintenance, and process management
  • Design and deliver IT-related projects, ensuring timely and comprehensive project delivery
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of junior colleagues, ensuring all technical administration aligns with company standards
  • Proactively propose and implement improvements to IT processes
  • Build and maintain an effective supplier network to ensure the company receives optimal service

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT-related role, with at least 2 years in system administration specifically
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows, 365, Office, and more
  • Experience leading and overseeing IT-related projects, paying close attention to risks, progress, communication, and documentation requirements
  • Familiarity with industry-standard IT policies and processes
  • Experience building relationships with key stakeholders across the business, as well as third parties

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £33,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience
  • A discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank and public holidays
  • The chance to work from home for up to half of your working time after passing probation
