About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our care home team. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Home Manager and lead the care team in the delivery of person-centred care.
  • Work closely with local healthcare groups and GP's to develop and implement care plans.
  • Support the Home Manager in the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Registered with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
