Senior Commercial Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead and drive the growth of our licensed brands in the UK. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that enhance brand visibility, market share, and profitability across key retail and trade channels.
You will work closely with internal teams and brand partners to ensure alignment with business objectives, while leveraging your expertise in market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to make strategic decisions.
About the Role
- You will develop long-term strategic direction for our licensed brand portfolio, including Old Jamaica and Ting.
- You will establish consumer and customer insights to make informed recommendations.
- You will collaborate with the Trade Marketing team, Finance, and Shopper Marketing Exec to align trade positioning, develop brand communications, and manage marketing expenditures effectively.
- You will monitor brand performance, ensuring accurate forecasting with commercial and supply chain teams.
