We're looking for a talented Mobile Economy Strategist to join our Monopoly GO game team in the UK. This role is pivotal in running live events, monetization strategies, and pricing models to ensure profitability and player happiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft economic aspects of live operations and special events to optimize engagement and revenue generation
  • Develop and refine monetization strategies and pricing frameworks for virtual goods and services, aligning with player expectations and market trends
  • Collaborate with Community and Player Care teams to gauge player feedback and sentiment, using insights to adjust economic strategies promptly
  • Partner with Marketing, Social, and Growth teams to devise promotional strategies that incentivize new player onboarding and re-engage lapsed players
  • Analyze in-depth data from live game operations to continually refine and improve the economic model, ensuring sustainability and growth
About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exemplified experience in economic strategy and monetization in the mobile gaming industry, with significant expertise in leading live game economies
  • Proven analytical and data manipulation skills, proficient in SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Scopely offers an estimated salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We create games for everyone and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that.
