Observational Scientist - Pharmaceuticals

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Observational Scientist to join our team. As a leader in the industry, we focus on areas of high unmet medical need and leverage our expertise to drive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and analyze epidemiology studies within a Pharmaceutical or Public Health setting.
  • Contribute to research projects using real-world healthcare data assets.
  • Guide analysts to explore RWD and contribute to research strategy within the product team and epidemiology TA.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in epidemiology and drug development, healthcare RWD, and contribute to the field.
  • Promote epidemiologic awareness and understanding of RWD and epidemiologic methods.
  • Communicate significant scientific information to various audiences.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate in Epidemiology, Statistics, Genetic Epidemiology, or a related field.
  • Experience in epidemiology study design, execution, and analysis within a Pharmaceutical or Public Health setting.
  • Experience with large databases such as MDV, JMDC, or DeSC.
  • Experience in epidemiological project planning and management.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Record of publication in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Ability to write SAPs and contribute to research strategy.
