We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team in Cannock. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to children and young people in our care. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Providing individualized support to children and young people, addressing their unique needs and requirements.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development activities, ensuring you stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents promptly, in accordance with company policies.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £27,095 per annum, with an additional £12.25 per hour for your hard work and dedication. You will also receive a sleep-in rate of £50 per night, recognizing the importance of your contributions during overnight shifts. About the Role:
