About the Role

The role of Immigration Appeals Specialist at HOME OFFICE-2 offers a unique opportunity to work in an engaging and dynamic environment, preparing and presenting cases in the First-tier Immigration Tribunal. As a key member of the Appeals team, you will contribute to the Home Office's strategic objective of controlling immigration by delivering excellent customer service and accurate decisions.

You will be responsible for reviewing complex immigration decisions, responding to legal representations, and developing your skills in public service and immigration law. With extended periods of concentration required, you must be able to maintain focus over long periods of time when presenting and preparing cases.

This is a challenging and intellectually stimulating role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. If you have a strong interest in immigration law and are resilient and articulate under pressure, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
