About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an intellectually stimulating environment, where you will be responsible for preparing and presenting complex cases in the First-tier Immigration Tribunal. With a strong focus on immigration law, you will play a key role in contributing to the Home Office's strategic objective of controlling immigration.

You will have a solid foundation in immigration policy and procedure, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. As a resilient and articulate individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with external stakeholders to achieve high-quality decisions.

With a comprehensive foundation programme and ongoing training and development opportunities, you will gain valuable experience in public service and immigration law. This role requires extended periods of concentration, so it is essential that you can maintain focus over long periods of time when presenting and preparing cases.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £51,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
