The Education Network is seeking a skilled Pastoral Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our Deep Support Team, you will play a vital role in promoting the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those who experience barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the re-integration of pupils back into school through intervention and extended support.
  2. Work closely with the Senior Year Leader to develop and implement strategies to engage students in positive behaviors for learning.
  3. Utilize Microsoft Office packages to effectively manage and track student progress.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of literacy and numeracy are maintained.
  5. Embed Trust values and Ethos in all aspects of your work, prioritizing safeguarding and equality and diversity.
  6. Embody a flexible approach to work, adapting to the needs of the school and students.
