Job Description
As an Operator Performance Specialist at Appello Careline Limited, you'll be responsible for optimizing operator performance and driving customer satisfaction. Your duties will include daily coaching, reducing complaints, and generating performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing strategies to improve operator performance and reduce complaints.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
- Creating accurate records and generating regular performance reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
With excellent coaching and leadership skills, you'll be well-suited to this role. A strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze data will also be valuable in this position.
