Brand Manager Medical Nutrition

Nestl\u00e9 Health Science is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team in Gatwick. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans that meet business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the Enteral Nutrition platform and associated brands, including defining brand strategy and building long-term plans to achieve ambitions aligned with the wider company vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans that meet business objectives
  • Manage the Enteral Nutrition platform and associated brands, including defining brand strategy and building long-term plans
  • Contribute to the definition and management of the long-term local brand ambition, objectives and strategies
  • Work with the digital and sales teams to build and execute effective Omnichannel campaigns
  • Develop engaging communication campaigns bringing the Brand's Big Idea to life across various touchpoints
  • Closely monitor industry and competitor activity, as well as brand performance, to ensure plans are maintained and adapted to a constantly changing, competitive Medical Nutrition environment
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UK Medical Nutrition environment, including media, competition and HCP behaviour to identify marketing issues and opportunities
  • Support in the administration and governance of the brand, including regulatory, budgets, project management, Sales Force materials etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring with you a wealth of experience in medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals or the healthcare industry. You will have successfully delivered on brand building KPIs. You will be a strong team player with the ability to build and grow networks, influence, and inspire. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will have great project management skills and be highly organised.

You will also:

  • Have had experience being an active player within a matrix organisation and business/project multidisciplinary teams
  • Have previous experience of working within the medical nutrition category
  • Have experience of developing and executing brand strategies
  • Be able to run sizable projects and work streams from concept to delivery
  • Be well organised with sound knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
