Brand Manager Medical Nutrition

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead our Medical Nutrition business in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and profitability.

About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of brand plans. You will be responsible for defining brand strategy, building long-term plans, and working with digital and sales teams to build and execute effective Omnichannel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of brand plans
  • Define brand strategy and build long-term plans
  • Work with digital and sales teams to build and execute effective Omnichannel campaigns
  • Closely monitor industry and competitor activity, as well as brand performance, to ensure plans are maintained and adapted to a constantly changing, competitive Medical Nutrition environment
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UK Medical Nutrition environment, including media, competition, and HCP behavior, to identify marketing issues and opportunities
  • Support in the administration and governance of the brand, including regulatory, budgets, project management, and Sales Force materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or the healthcare industry
  • Successful delivery of brand building KPIs
  • Strong team player with the ability to build and grow networks, influence, and inspire
  • Acting as an ambassador for the brand, with great project management skills and high organization
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and business/project multidisciplinary teams
  • Previous experience of working within the medical nutrition category
  • Experience of developing and executing brand strategies
  • Ability to run sizable projects and work streams from concept to delivery
  • Well-organized with sound knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
