**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our E Commerce Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and owning all daily E Commerce operations globally, directly managing multiple fulfillment centers and logistics partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage daily E Commerce operations, including receipt, put away, pick & pack, cycle counting, and order processing.
- Lead and manage a team of E Commerce Operations Managers and teams, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to effectively manage day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and analyze E Commerce operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution of E Commerce projects.
- Manage change from initial benefits case through to detailed scoping, operational readiness, and benefits realization.
- Identify and drive quick win initiatives within Operations to support longer-term business objectives.
- Cross-collaborate with DECIEM departments to enable reporting on multiple E Commerce areas, with a key goal of improvement.
**Requirements**
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP experience (MS Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Experience overseeing multiple fulfillment centers across different continents.
- Familiarity with e-Com software (SalesForce, payment gateways, online fraud tools, personalization tools, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience as a people manager.
- Relevant education in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience in E Commerce operations.
