Senior Manager E Commerce Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our E Commerce Operations team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of e commerce operations, supply chain management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily e commerce operations globally, including multiple fulfillment centers and logistics partners.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient and effective e commerce operations.
- Lead and manage a team of E Commerce Operations Managers and teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of e commerce operations.
- Monitor and analyze e commerce operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive cost savings and increased throughput.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of e commerce operations with other business functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on e commerce operations performance and progress.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of e commerce operations, supply chain management, and team leadership.
- Experience overseeing multiple fulfillment centers and logistics partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience in e commerce operations.
