About the Role

We're looking for caring and compassionate individuals who want to help people lead their most independent lives. As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with our residents to provide person-centred care and support, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

About Our Residents

Our residents live in the vibrant Viaduct Court apartments, which offer a mix of independent and shared living space. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with underfloor heating. We're looking for Support Workers who can provide a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents to thrive.

We're seeking caring and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping others. If you have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, that's great If you're new to care but have a passion for helping others, we can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this rewarding career.
