Project Financial Manager

We are a leading construction company based in Derry, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Cost Estimation and Management: Estimate costs for construction projects, prepare detailed quantity requirements, and monitor construction budgets to ensure expenses are tracked and managed effectively.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing and ensure project costs are optimized.
- Project Cost Review: Review and update project costs as construction work progresses, ensuring that costs are accurately reflected and budgets are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation software and project management principles.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
