Finance Leadership Opportunity
BeBee Professionals is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Derry, UK. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the company's financial performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations through effective risk management.
- Foster strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
