About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, promoting a patient-centered approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • NMC Professional Registration and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
